About the Role A leading global organization is transforming technology into a strategic capability that accelerates business value. We’re seeking an experienced Lead Data Solution Architect to drive the end-to-end data architecture roadmap for Global Wealth & Asset Management (GWAM) Asia . This role is responsible for shaping and delivering the target-state architecture across data ingestion, curation, common data models, data products, and consumption —partnering closely with cross-functional delivery teams and regional/global business and technology stakeholders. The platform is built on a Databricks Lakehouse and Microsoft Azure , including Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Lake Storage, Databricks SQL Warehouse, and Microsoft Fabric/Power BI . Key Responsibilities Own the GWAM Asia data architecture roadmap , aligned to regional priorities and enterprise technology strategy. Architect scalable solutions across the full data lifecycle: integration, ingestion, curation, storage, common data models, semantic layers, reporting, analytics, GenAI, and business-facing data products . Translate business goals into target-state architectures , including solution options, data requirements, integration patterns, and phased roadmaps . Lead design reviews , provide technical sign-off , and guide cross-functional teams.
