Basic Qualifications Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, or related Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree, plus 6 years relevant experience. Clearance Requirements Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required. Responsibilities for this Position ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES: As a software engineer for the Keystone Products for GDMS - Idaho Scientific, you’ll lead a cross functional team responsible for designing and architecting anti-tamper and physical HW security produts. We encourage you to apply if you have any of these preferred skills or experiences: Qualifications Embedded software design: Software design for embedded applications targeting bare metal or real-time operating systems executing on ARM architectures and other low power processors. Expertise in C, interface design, memory management, physical interfaces (memory mapped, SPI/I2C, PCIe, serial, etc.), loadup and boot. Workflow, toolchain, test, release, support: Ability to adopt industry best practices to engineering workflow for software lifecycle management.
