If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us! Figma’s AI Insights team, within Research, is hiring a builder with exceptional design craft and deep AI fluency. You will report to Noam Segal, Director of AI Insights. You will build internal AI products that help Figmates understand our customers and their needs. These products will scale customer intimacy across Figma and inform product and business decisions. You enjoy figuring things out by making them. You own products from the first idea through design, building, evaluation, and adoption. You build primarily with AI tools and apply strong design and product judgment throughout. You ship early, improve rapidly, and hold internal experiences to the care expected of customer-facing Figma products. This is a full-time role that can be held from our New York City or San Francisco hub - or remotely in the United States.
