Responsibilities & Qualifications RESPONSIBILITIES The Infrastructure Database Subject Matter Expert Lead is a critical role in ensuring the stability, performance, and security of our enterprise database infrastructure. Provide SME Lead responsible for providing technical leadership, expertise, and guidance in the management and optimization of Oracle database infrastructures. Serves as technical expert on enterprise-level database project teams providing technical direction, interpretation and alternations. Thinks independently and demonstrates exceptional written and oral communications skills. Has strong command of the English language. Applies advanced technical principles, theories, and concepts. Contributes to the development of new principles and concepts. Works on unusually complex technical problems and provides solutions, which are highly innovative and ingenious. This role requires in-depth knowledge of database architecture, administration, performance tuning, high availability, disaster recovery, and security best practices. The SME Lead will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and support database solutions that meet the organization's operational and business requirements. Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle database infrastructures, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
