Title: Senior Frontend Design System Engineer Key Skills: JavaScript, TypeScript, Design Systems, React, Angular, Vue, Wiz Framework, CSS/SCSS, Automated Testing, Component Architecture Experience: 7+ years of frontend development experience. Location: Costa Rica or Peru. Modality: Remote only in Costa Rica or Peru. At Coforge, we are looking for a Frontend JavaScript Design System Engineer (#[phone]) with the following profile. Main Responsibilities • Build and maintain reusable, scalable UI components and modules using TypeScript/JavaScript and component-based frameworks. • Develop schema-driven frontend solutions capable of dynamically rendering content through configuration-based architectures. • Translate UX/UI designs into pixel-perfect, responsive, and cross-browser compatible interfaces. • Integrate components across multiple architectural layers, including schemas, data pipelines, runtime rendering, and CMS platforms. • Develop automated unit, integration, and regression tests to ensure component quality and stability. • Ensure adherence to design system standards, performance requirements, and frontend best practices. • Optimize component maintainability, scalability, and long-term stability. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent and high-quality user experiences. • Navigate complex codebases and contribute high-quality solutions with minimal supervision. Required Qualifications • 7+ years of experience in frontend software engineering.
