About the Opportunity:   We’re looking for a Senior QA Engineer to build and lead quality engineering for our software products. You’ll own quality across the software delivery lifecycle, with plans to grow the function by adding a junior QA engineer you’ll help mentor and develop. This is a hands-on role for someone experienced in both manual and automated testing who wants to shape how a team tests, not just execute test cases. We’re in the process of modernizing our test automation and development tooling, and you’ll play a key part in that evolution. You’ll help our engineers ship faster by improving how we test our products and building quality into every stage of development. What You'll Do: Own quality across the full software delivery lifecycle, from requirements review through release Design and implement comprehensive test strategies for new features, enhancements, and existing applications Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using TestNG, and update existing automated tests as the application evolves Create and execute manual and automated test plans, test cases, and regression suites Perform functional, regression, integration, and API testing Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to define acceptance criteria and testability requirements Identify, document, and track defects through resolution, working with the development team to find root causes Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to
