Job Summary The Data & Analytics function is dedicated to designing and delivering robust global data platforms that enable business solutions and high-quality analytics. The Data Analyst is responsible for interpreting and analyzing data from complex sources like ERP, HCM, and CRM to support data-driven decision making and ensure the accuracy, integrity, and usability of information within the organization’s Data Lakehouse. This hands-on role focuses on requirements translation, source-to-target mapping, dimensional modeling support, ELT/ETL validation, testing support and data quality. Working closely with Business teams, Data Architects, and Engineers, the Data Analyst transforms business processes into well-structured, secure, and reliable data models and pipelines, enabling the Data Lakehouse to serve as a trusted foundation for analytics, reporting and AI products. Responsibilities Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, validate, and clarify data and reporting requirements. Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical requirement documents. Develop comprehensive Source-to-Target Mapping (STTM/STM) documents capturing field-level data logic. Create detailed Business Rules, Data Definitions, and Data Transformation documentation. Perform complete data lineage analysis across Snowflake, APIs, upstream sources, and reporting layers. Assist in data modeling and design aligned with Medallion architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold layer separation). Co
