Solutions Architect Location: USA, East Coast Preferred. This is a Remote (work from home) position. Experience Required: 4+ years About the Position As a Solution Architect, you will play the lead technical role in customer engagements–helping our customers design and implement successful data extraction workflows and workspaces. Your work as a key part of our Professional Services team will be diverse and impactful. In your day-to-day, you will act as a trusted advisor for our customers, helping them understand the application of GenAI & ML to their business processes. You’ll liaise with internal teams to solution for novel customer requirements, and when necessary, write custom code to bridge the gap between product capabilities and customer needs. Solutions Architects are expected to be highly efficient and resourceful when leading customer projects. Each customer presents new challenges and requirements; because of this the ideal candidate is able to adapt quickly to each new situation and manage expectations, while utilizing prior experience to know when it’s OK to diplomatically push back on new requirements and requests. Your experience in the field working closely with customers and building user capabilities rooted in software and/or artificial intelligence will be key to Indico’s product development decisions and the organization’s continued growth.
