Job Description NetImpact Strategies has an opportunity for a ServiceNow / API Engineer – Integration Architecture to design secure, reliable integrations among ServiceNow and authorized federal enterprise systems as part of a multidisciplinary team supporting a federal customer. The senior engineer collaborates with operational and technical partners to deliver dependable services and measurable user outcomes; this position is remote. Responsibilities Design and maintain an inventory of approved interfaces, system ownership, data flows, dependencies, and authentication methods. Engineer integrations using approved APIs, ServiceNow Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and supported integration services. Implement least-privilege access, audit logging, controlled retries, exception handling, and duplicate prevention. Preserve authoritative source records, data lineage, and approved security boundaries. Define and execute interface mapping, reconciliation, rollback, and failure-recovery tests. Troubleshoot integration performance and data transfer exceptions with platform and application teams. Document architecture decisions, technical runbooks, and deployment evidence for approval.
