Overview/ Job Responsibilities Entarian is looking for a Scrum Master & Personnel Manager for the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Ordnance Information System (OIS) to provide technical expertise on a mission-critical program whose purpose is to develop, modernize, enhance, operate, and maintain services for OIS mission critical systems. In this role, you will be a servant leader who facilitates and supports agile cross-functional teams responsible for delivering features and products. In this role, you will facilitate the team(s) through all aspects of the agile process which includes release planning, sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, product demonstrations, iteration reviews and retrospectives. You will also have in-depth agile process knowledge in order to coach and mentor several remote teams effectively, simultaneously. You will work closely across our client's organization to ensure coordination and communication with existing Development Services teams, both internal and external. In addition to agile facilitation, this role encompasses personnel management responsibilities, ensuring effective team development, performance oversight, and support for individual growth across the cross-functional OIS teams. *This position can be performed remotely; however, travel to customer site in Mechanicsburg, PA, and Yorktown, VA, (among other locations) will be required occasionally (~20% travel).
