Overview/ Job Responsibilities Position is contingent upon contract award and funding. Entarian is seeking a Software Engineer to join our team as part of the Maintenance Figure of Merit (MFOM) system and software engineering support project which will support the United States Navy. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Provide senior software engineering leadership for research, design, development, integration, testing, and maintenance of MFOM software and utilities. Lead technical decomposition of complex requirements into implementable work, architecture-aligned designs, acceptance criteria, and testable increments. Review code and designs, guide secure development and DevOps/DevSecOps practices, mentor engineers, and resolve difficult software defects or integration issues. Coordinate with product/requirements, architecture, infrastructure, database, systems, and quality teams to maintain traceability and release readiness. Support Kubernetes-based delivery and diagnose application behavior across distributed environments; communicate technical risks and recommendations. Annual Salary range: $150,000.00 - $195,000.00 Minimum Qualifications Active US Top Secret level clearance with SCI eligibility Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., engineering, mathematics, etc.) Agile Developer certification or Certified Scrum Developer certification Minimum 10 years of professional experience in research, design and development of computer and network
