Project Overview The project involves the development, enhancement, and maintenance of web applications for a large European public institution. The Full-stack Engineer will be responsible for delivering end-to-end software solutions across frontend interfaces, backend services, database systems, and cloud infrastructure, ensuring high standards of performance, security, scalability, and maintainability. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using modern frontend technologies and frameworks. Implement backend services, business logic, and RESTful APIs using Java and other relevant backend technologies. Design and maintain database schemas, optimize queries, and ensure data integrity across relational and NoSQL databases. Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms using standards such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and JWT. Develop scalable and reliable application components, ensuring compliance with functional and non-functional requirements. Perform unit and integration testing, troubleshoot issues, debug applications, and maintain code quality. Deploy and manage applications using cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, containers, and infrastructure-as-code tools. Collaborate with frontend and backend developers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration across system components.
