About the Role We’re looking for a Staff Engineer to take ownership of cloud costs at Syllo and drive cost improvements across our engineering organization. They will contribute directly to technical design and implementation but also bring a FinOps mindset, treating cost as a first-class engineering concern, while fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment where engineers can grow, learn, and thrive. Just as Syllo reduces the cost of litigation for our customers, this role ensures we run our own platform with the same discipline. Responsibilities Own cloud cost efficiency end-to-end by championing FinOps initiatives that drive cost visibility, accountability, and sustained reductions in unit cost as we scale.
