Purpose of the Role The AI3 Coach (Working Smarter with AI) exists to help learners build confidence and capability in using AI enabled digital tools safely, effectively, and responsibly in the workplace. In this role, you will coach and support learners on Corndel’s Level 3 Working Smarter with AI programme, helping them adopt practical AI enabled workflows using Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Copilot. You will guide learners to understand not just how to use tools, but how to apply sound judgement, maintain human oversight, and improve productivity in ways
