Key Responsibilities Develop and optimize software development processes to improve quality, efficiency and productivity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate process design into development operations across multiple development teams. Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs and enhance product quality. Ensure compliance with software development principles, Honeywell Aerospace processes, data driven quality analysis & compliance, and regulatory standards. Provide technical support and direction for software development processes. Conduct process deployment, evaluation, and analyses to identify areas for improvement (CPI). Document process
