This role focuses on developing IT infrastructure solutions for the separation and integration of two businesses following a significant acquisition in the pensions sector. The objective is to align the IT strategy with the acquirer's needs. Main Responsibilities Conduct analysis to create solution options for separating IT infrastructure from the parent company. Develop integration plans for merging with the acquiring company's infrastructure. Assess requirements for both on-premises and cloud hosting models. Evaluate networks, security measures, and end-user computing needs. Key Requirements Proven experience in IT infrastructure design and integration. Strong knowledge of cloud
