Job Type: Permanent Build a brilliant future with Hiscox Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Lead to drive the technical direction of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform initiatives. This is a pivotal role within the Platform team, responsible for leading a team of 4–8 developers, mentoring talent, and delivering high-quality, scalable solutions that support business transformation. About You You will have broad technical expertise across the software development lifecycle and a passion for mentoring and developing a high performing team. This is a demanding role and the successful candidate will be motivated, organised, and self-starting. You will be based in our Lisbon office (we operate a hybrid/flexible working system) and be prepared to travel to our UK York office to maintain close relationships with the wider team. Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership • Architect and implement tailored solutions using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform technologies. • Lead the design, development, and deployment of bespoke applications and integrations. • Provide hands-on support and guidance to developers, ensuring best practices and technical excellence.
