Job Type: Permanent Build a brilliant future with Hiscox Role Overview Hiscox is expanding its use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform to enhance business agility and operational efficiency across global units. This role sits within the Group Platform Engineering team and is pivotal in delivering scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions using low/no code approaches, with a focus on Dynamics 365 and/or Power Apps Model Driven solutions. You will work closely with solution architects, in-house teams, third party partners, and business stakeholders to help design, configure, deliver, and support robust solutions aligned to architectural principles, policies, and guidelines. About You You are a pragmatic and delivery-focused specialist who can translate business needs into well-structured solutions, communicating confidently with both technical and non technical stakeholders. You’re motivated to stay current with emerging capabilities, trends, best practices, and security considerations that can improve the roadmap and team outcomes. You enjoy collaborating with others, contributing to shared standards, and supporting capability uplift across teams and “community of practice” activities. You are ready to act as a “go to” engineer for a functional area or product slice—without formal line management—supporting juniors through collaboration and coaching.
