Description

We’re seeking an experienced SQL Server DBA / Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on expertise to join our dynamic team. This role is key to ensuring the performance, reliability, and scalability of our database infrastructure, while continuously driving automation and operational efficiency. This is a full-time, permanent hybrid position offering the perfect balance of three days in the office and two days working from home. What you will be doing: Install, configure, and maintain relational Database environments in alignment with industry best practices and organizational standards. Optimize database performance through tuning, indexing, and query optimization; manage backup and recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and availability. Implement and enforce robust security controls, including access management, encryption, and auditing, to safeguard sensitive data. Prioritize and propose automated solutions over manual controls as a mandatory practice, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and reduced operational risk. Collaborate with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to design and implement scalable, high-performance database solutions. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve database issues to ensure high availability, reliability, and minimal downtime.
