We are seeking an experienced IT Project Management Department Manager to lead enterprise IT and AI initiatives in the financial services and leasing industry , driving digital transformation, project governance, and successful execution of strategic technology programs. Job Description : Lead and oversee the IT Project Management Department, ensuring successful delivery of strategic IT and digital transformation initiatives aligned with business objectives. Manage the enterprise IT project portfolio, prioritizing initiatives, optimizing resources, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to expected quality standards.
