JOB SUMMARY The Technology Cost Accounting & FinOps Manager owns two integrated mandates for the Global Technology Organization (GTO): building the total cost of ownership (TCO) framework, financial transparency model, and business case realization, and serving as Central FinOps Owner, accountable for cloud / AI, telecom, software, and hardware spend discipline across GTO. Reporting to the Director of Business Operations , this role ensures that technology costs are understood, allocated appropriately, and tied to value delivery.
