Position Summary We are hiring exceptional engineering leaders for Tenant Find, Property Management, Finance, Communication Platform, and Growth. Each leader will own an area: its technical direction, product delivery, and the organisation needed to build it. We expect these areas to grow significantly. You will start close to the work, then hire and develop the team, grow new leaders, and evolve its structure as the scope expands. We are looking for people who have operated as a CTO, Senior Engineering Manager, or in a role with comparable responsibility for building and scaling engineering teams. You will work closely with product and operations, turn messy agency processes into reliable systems, and make decisions independently. You will remain hands-on in architecture, code reviews, debugging, and implementation where your involvement has the most impact. Key Responsibilities
