Description

Serves as the combined DevSecOps and Configuration Management Specialist for pre-production efforts. Provides configuration baseline control throughout the lifecycle of highly complex information systems as well as component software and hardware elements; facilitates and advises the Configuration Control Steering Group (CCSG) and Configuration Control Working Groups (CCWG); maintains allocated, functional, and physical baseline control and performs audit support; reviews all engineering change requests to assess impact upon configuration baselines and logistics support elements; maintains configuration control records and technical documents; works closely with quality assurance and management representatives to ensure an accurate and well-documented product baseline; and prepares directives for change authorization and implementation. This position requires substantial experience in both DevSecOps and configuration management within a cloud environment, with responsibility for defining, implementing, documenting, and continuously improving configuration management processes, procedures, standards, and controls. The role will establish repeatable configuration management practices, ensure effective governance of configuration items and baselines, support change management activities, and manage build and deployment processes to maintain configuration integrity throughout the system lifecycle. *This position is contingent upon contract award.
