Description

As a Full Stack Developer/Testing Lead , serves as a Testing Lead for pre-production efforts. This role is responsible for defining, establishing, implementing, and continuously improving the program's testing and quality assurance processes, procedures, standards, and methodologies. The individual will develop the overall test strategy, implement testing frameworks and practices, and ensure consistent execution of front-end, back-end, integration, system, and user acceptance testing activities. Leveraging extensive full stack development experience, this role will help ensure comprehensive test coverage across application, service, and data layers while promoting quality throughout the software development lifecycle. *This position is contingent upon contract award. Award anticipated December 2026/January 2027.* Responsibilities Define, establish, and lead testing and quality assurance processes covering front-end, back-end, integration, system, and user acceptance testing. Establish the overall test strategy, including objectives, methodologies, analysis, schedules, and success criteria; translate complex program requirements into testable objectives. Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites to support continuous validation of application functionality and performance.
