About the role We are seeking an International Finance Program Manager to join our International Accounting team in Dublin at Anthropic. In this role, you will drive execution excellence across a diverse portfolio of international expansion initiatives, standing up new go-to-market and infrastructure entities. You will partner closely with the Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Payroll and Finance Systems leads, functional business owners, and cross-functional teams to ensure initiatives are well-governed, on track, and delivering measurable business value. This role requires someone who can context-switch across multiple finance domains, establish lightweight but effective program management practices, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve quickly. You will be instrumental in helping Anthropic scale its international footprint so that every new entity is ready to operate and meet its obligations from day one.
