We are looking for an experienced Java Technical Lead to shape enterprise software solutions and guide a development team from initial design through to delivery. Combining hands-on Java engineering with Microsoft Power Platform expertise, you will connect custom applications with automation and low-code capabilities to address business needs. This role offers the opportunity to influence architecture, mentor developers, and work closely with technical and business stakeholders. Location: London, hybrid Responsibilities & Tasks: Guide a Java development team, providing technical direction, mentoring, and support with complex engineering challenges. Design maintainable application architectures and establish consistent engineering practices across the team. Develop enterprise Java applications, REST APIs, and microservices, remaining actively involved in implementation. Build cloud-native solutions with a focus on scalability, reliability, performance, and security. Integrate Power Platform workflows and applications with enterprise systems and services. Lead code reviews and drive improvements in software quality, automated delivery, and CI/CD practices. Work with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and evaluate technical options.
