About the role Collaborate closely with Product Managers and fellow designers to uncover and drive new design opportunities, connecting user needs with business goals. Own the end-to-end design process: identifying opportunities, setting the vision, and partnering with the engineering team to deliver robust, high-quality solutions. Key responsibilities Develop, implement, and continually improve design processes to support rapid iteration and high-impact releases Employ design thinking methodologies to deliver globally relevant, user-friendly solutions Engage in design reviews, contributing expert insights and actionable suggestions Work cross-functionally with the broader design team for seamless product experiences Conduct user research, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative methods to inform design decisions and drive impactful solutions with the product team Produce detailed, robust UI designs and directly collaborate with the engineering team to guarantee the highest product quality Develop clear rationale for design choices and articulate perspectives effectively About you 5+ years of Graphic design experience for fintech web/mobile platforms, preferably within an agency or high-growth company Proficient in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Cinema 4D, Figma, etc. Hands-on experience with AI-powered tools (e.g., Comfy UI, Stable Diffusion) is a strong plus Experience conducting user research to inform product decisions Strong sense of
