The Role You will own features and reliability in GoCharting's next-gen web terminal: a real-time multi-chart trading workspace and dense market UI. The work spans product features, performance, state and sync correctness, and production incident fixes raised by active traders. What You'll Do Design and ship end-to-end features in the production terminal, and keep combine/parity paths aligned when needed Debug hard multi-tab, hydrate, and persistence races Improve performance on large lists and busy charts – virtualization, subscription lifecycle, and avoiding expensive Redux churn Collaborate with the product and design teams on UX Write clear PRs, and communicate risk on sync, auth, and adjacent broker paths Mentor the team – raise the bar on React patterns, state boundaries, and “fix the cause, not the symptom” What We're Looking For Must-Haves 5+ years shipping complex React SPAs – hooks-first
