Description

Job Duties: Manage and oversee daily operations of enterprise network environments, including LAN, WAN, Wireless, VPN, and SD-WAN infrastructures, ensuring high availability and optimal performance. Lead incident response, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem management activities to minimize service disruptions. Establish, monitor, and continuously improve network performance metrics, service levels, and operational KPIs. Plan, implement, maintain, and optimize network infrastructure throughout its lifecycle, including deployment, upgrades, technology refreshes, and decommissioning. Develop and enforce network security policies, firewall governance, access controls, and cybersecurity best practices. Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards through proper documentation, controls, and operational procedures. Lead infrastructure and network-related projects, including office relocations, network expansions, system integrations, and technology transformation initiatives. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to maintain a scalable, secure, and standardized network architecture. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions to enhance network reliability, security, and operational efficiency.
