You will own the technical strategy and roadmap for your team's charter, drive architectural decisions that improve scalability, durability, and performance, and deliver features that make it easier for customers to get value from their log data. You will partner with teams across CloudWatch, AWS Observability, and the broader AWS organization to align on priorities and deliver solutions that meet the needs of customers at every scale.<br/><br/>This is a role where people leadership and technical depth are equally important.
