Software Engineer (Mid-Level–Senior) HealthTech | Fully Remote — United States | Full-Time Base salary: $140,000–$200,000 USD annually, plus bonus and equity Flexible hours with Pacific Time overlap | No travel Build what comes next in AI-powered healthcare Our client is a fast-scaling, AI-enabled healthcare technology company. You’ll join a 30-person engineering team that’s hiring hands-on software engineers from mid-level through senior. If you have 3–4 years of strong production experience and are ready for more ownership, we want to meet you. If you’re a senior engineer who wants to stay close to the code and help shape what comes next, there’s room for that too. We’ll match the scope and compensation to the experience and engineering judgment you bring. You’ll build software that supports real healthcare delivery, working on systems used by operations teams, clinicians, and health-plan partners.
