The Position We are seeking a Senior Atlassian Administrator to serve as the technical authority for our entire Atlassian Cloud environment. This person will both design the platform architecture and perform hands-on configuration and administration across Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Jira Assets and Confluence. The platform supports two very different audiences. Software engineering depends on it for the full development lifecycle, and IT depends on it for service management. The successful candidate will design the platform around how those teams actually work, then build, govern and document it so the result is standardized, scalable, secure and increasingly automated. This position is ideal for someone who understands Atlassian Cloud deeply, understands software engineering and IT service management as processes rather than as ticket types, and is comfortable operating as the organization’s primary Atlassian specialist.
