emagine is looking for a Senior Backend Engineer with experience in GO, Kotlin or Python. Start: ASAP Duration: 6 months with possible extension Location: Stockholm (hybrid, minimum 3 days/week onsite) Language: English We are looking for a senior backend engineer to join a growing product and engineering organization working with large-scale digital platforms and complex distributed systems. The assignment involves a mix of backend development, technical modernization initiatives, platform evolution, and large-scale migration projects in a cloud-native environment. A significant part of the role will be focused on helping engineering teams modernize and transform existing systems, making previous experience from similar journeys highly valuable. This is a hands-on role where you will work across multiple services and domains, helping drive architectural improvements while ensuring stability, scalability, and business continuity in production environments.
