As Tech Manager, Engineering, you will lead a team of developers and testers building a cloud-native SaaS financial crime and compliance solution on AWS. You will own delivery, quality, and team growth, while providing hands-on technical direction on architecture, scalability, and security. You will work with teams across locations. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills and be able to provide expert technical guidance for engineering initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong technical depth with solid project management skills. You will guide the team to follow best-in-class development and testing practices to deliver high-quality products. How will you make an impact? Own and continuously improve the SDLC, including code review, branching, release, and test automation standards, to shorten release cycles and reduce escaped defects. Work closely with product managers, QA engineers, technical writers, and software engineers to define/develop features - big and small for our products.
