About the role System Administrator responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining systems including operating systems, applications, and related services. Preparing, managing, and administering system environments in both On-Premise and Cloud formats to ensure continuous availability. Monitoring, tracking, and checking system performance and efficiency. Key responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain systems including operating systems, applications, and related services Prepare, manage, and administer system environments in both On-Premise and Cloud formats for continuous availability Monitor, track, and check system performance (Monitoring & Performance Tuning) Configure and optimize Cloud Platform according to usage requirements Plan and configure systems to work efficiently and securely Receive problem reports, analyze causes, and resolve initial issues within specified timeframes Analyze, diagnose, and resolve Hardware, Software, Network, and Infrastructure issues Coordinate with relevant teams for complex problems Prepare records, summarize problems, and track case status until completion Provide training on system usage to customers and relevant personnel About you Age 22 – 30 years Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field Good communication skills via telephone, chat, and email Problem-solving and analytical skills Proficient in Windows and/or Linux operating systems Understanding of Network Fundamentals Experience with Cloud Platfo
