We are currently looking for a Python Developer / Customer Success Engineer to join a remote team supporting customer data migrations, technical troubleshooting, integrations, and ongoing customer-facing engineering needs. Role Overview This is a hands-on engineering role focused on customer data migrations, backend development, technical problem-solving, and customer support . You will work closely with backend engineers and directly with customers to migrate and validate data, investigate technical issues, implement reliable solutions, and improve recurring migration and onboarding processes. The ideal candidate combines strong Python/Django and data engineering skills with curiosity, ownership, attention to detail, and confident customer communication. Location Remote – Latin America Working Hours Must be aligned with U.S. EST business hours . Occasional availability outside of standard working hours may be required. Language Requirement Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) or higher, including confident spoken communication.
