Cloud Reliability Engineer Description - Job Summary This role is responsible for leading the design, engineering, deployment, and reliability of cloud platforms, infrastructure, and services. As a key member of the Cloud Reliability Engineering team, this position focuses on ensuring the availability, scalability, resiliency, security, and operational excellence of cloud-native solutions. The role drives automation, observability, incident management, and continuous improvement while partnering with engineering teams to deliver highly reliable and secure cloud services that support current and future business needs. Responsibilities Lead the design, deployment, and management of cloud platforms and infrastructure while aligning with business, architectural, and security requirements. Own the availability, reliability, scalability, and operational health of cloud services and platforms. Design and implement cloud solutions and infrastructure that protect and manage cloud-native applications and data. Build and own observability capabilities, including monitoring, logging, tracing, alerting, dashboards, and reliability metrics. Establish and maintain Service Level Indicators (SLIs), Service Level Objectives (SLOs), and operational reliability standards. Lead incident response, root cause analysis, problem management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
