Summary As an experienced HR Automation Developer, you will design, develop, deploy, and support HR automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Automation Anywhere, and related technologies. You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, define requirements, and deliver scalable solutions that improve efficiency, quality, compliance, and employee experience. You will independently manage work, communicate risks and progress, ensure quality delivery, and apply approved AI and automation technologies responsibly while contributing to continuous improvement and best practices across HR.
