About The Opportunity Netrix Global is looking for a Windows System Administrator to join our Managed Services – Site Operations team. How You Will Make An Impact Managing and maintaining Azure cloud infrastructure, ensuring availability, performance, and security Administering and supporting Virtual Networks, Virtual Machines, and Conditional Access Policies across enterprise environments Managing Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Entra ID, and IIS administration Developing and automating operational tasks using PowerShell and Python scripting Monitoring applications, infrastructure, and services using Datadog and other enterprise monitoring platform Troubleshooting production incidents and performing root cause analysis across cloud and on-premise environments Collaborating with global operations teams to maintain and improve service reliability and operational excellence Managing web servers and supporting critical business applications across multiple environments Participating in operational support rotations and providing coverage for infrastructure monitoring activities Creating and maintaining technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge base articles What You Will Bring To The Table Experience working in Infrastructure Operations, Systems Administration, Cloud Operations, or similar roles Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure , including Virtual Networks (VNets), Virtual Machines, and Conditional Access Policies Strong know
