About the Role: As the Analytics Manager for Central Data Products, you will set the strategic direction for business intelligence and agentic analytics across Ocado Group. You will lead a dedicated team to bridge commercial needs and technical execution, establishing unified platform standards and driving the evolution from traditional BI to AI-assisted data access. In this role, you will hold end-to-end ownership of our internal reporting tools and partner-facing data products, including OSP Insights. By establishing robust evaluation frameworks and aligning semantic architecture with business outcomes, you will ensure our global partners and internal stakeholders derive maximum value from certified operational data. Key Responsibilities: Define and execute the group-wide BI strategy, managing platform consolidation, seat rationalisation, and total cost of ownership.
