About the Team GTM Engineers builds the AI product layer for Gorgias's go-to-market teams: AI agents, internal cockpits, and the automations underneath them, all running on one shared context layer (Cortex). We work across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships. We build and maintain the agents, the business teams own the outputs, and humans review exceptions.
