5–7 years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, IT Operations or a similar technical role. Strong hands-on experience with UNIX/Linux and Shell Scripting. Strong knowledge of SQL and databases.
Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language, preferably Python. Solid experience in troubleshooting and supporting applications in production environments. Experience with technologies such as ELK, Kafka and Zookeeper.
