Location: Munich, Germany Employment Type: Full-Time, indefinite term Salary Range: € 115.000 - 135.000 per year gross, depending on the seniority level Working mode: In office Language Requirement: C1 Level English Your Responsibilities Drive Strategic Initiatives: Oversee critical technical initiatives and develop a technical roadmap from prototyping to production, in close collaboration with senior leadership, to build Europe’s largest Virtual Power Plant. Key areas include data ingestion and processing, energy management systems (EMS), optimization logic, fleet control, accounting, and settlement. Research and Innovate: Identify emerging technological trends, build proofs of concept, and drive their transition into scalable production systems that create tangible business value. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner across all teams & disciplines to deeply understand customer and stakeholder needs, stay ahead of industry developments, and ensure we are building the right solutions for today and the future. Be Hands-on: Guide the team in evolving our cloud-based technology platform
