The Opportunity: Rimes is looking for a BI Developer to help own the Microsoft Fabric platform behind our internal reporting. It brings together data from multiple systems and feeds the Power BI reports used across the business. Reporting to the Head of BI, you will make the platform more robust, move older pipelines onto our layered architecture, and keep the semantic models on top of it healthy. As those foundations go in, you will help us move towards AI-mediated development, with more of our pipelines built by AI. Core Responsibilities Fabric Development: Build and maintain the dataflows, pipelines and lakehouses behind the platform, and deliver new sources and fields for stakeholders. Robust Ingestion: Strengthen the Power Query (M) that loads data from REST APIs, with dependable pagination, retries and incremental loads, so that failures are caught rather than passed downstream. Platform Operations: Own scheduled refreshes and pipeline runs, fix failures at their root, and add alerting and data-quality checks. Security and Access: Move credentials into managed co
