He whakamārama mō te tūranga mahi | About the role We're looking for an experienced Data and Analytics Manager to lead our multidisciplinary data and analytics team. Reporting to the Head of Data, Analytics & AI, you'll be responsible for the people leadership, delivery performance and operational effectiveness of the team. You'll create the environment, capability and ways of working that enable trusted data, meaningful insights and high-quality analytics outcomes across Watercare. This is a leadership role that blends people management, delivery leadership and stakeholder engagement. You'll work closely with business leaders, technical specialists and delivery teams to ensure priorities are well managed and that data and analytics services continue to deliver value across the organisation.
