Job Summary: The Product Builder, Merchant Portal is a hands-on, builder-first role. This person will be focused on defining, designing, and prototyping features for Payments Hub, North’s merchant portal covering Transactions, Reporting, Disputes, Online Ordering/Store, Business Management, and Integrations for all merchants in the North portfolio. This role bridges product strategy and execution by rapidly validating concepts, creating precise technical specifications, and building proof-of-concept features in sandbox environments without waiting for traditional design or full engineering cycles. By pairing deep technical fundamentals and AI tools with direct merchant discovery, the Product Builder dramatically accelerates product velocity to keep North competitive in the evolving payment processing landscape.
