Data Platform Lead We’re hiring a hands-on Data Platform Lead, to join Convene Hospitality Group’s (CHG) Technology organization.You’ll own our data platform end to end, from architecture to how we model the business, and you’ll manage the analytics engineers who build on it. Data platform modernization and AI-first development are top priorities, and this role sits at the center of both, working hand in hand with the product engineers whose systems create much of our data. Today, our marts mostly mirror the systems they come from. Salesforce data looks like Salesforce, NetSuite data looks like NetSuite. You’ll reshape our models around how the business runs, organized by domain, and layer governed dashboards and conversational analytics on top. In one year, a finance lead, a venue GM, and an AI agent should all be able to ask a question in plain language and get the same trusted answer. Today we run Snowflake, dbt, and Fivetran. Y
