Build the data platform behind millions of workouts You don’t want to just build pipelines. You want your work to be used, trusted, and visible. You want to see decisions being made because of what you built. At Basic-Fit, your data solutions support millions of members across Europe. What you design today will be used tomorrow by teams in operations, marketing, finance, and beyond. This Is What Your Role Looks Like You’ll join the central Data Platform Team, working on the foundation of Basic-Fit’s data landscape. In a typical week, you might: build batch and streaming pipelines in Databricks continuously improving Databricks, keeping up with the latest technologies collaborate with analysts to improve self-service reporting automate day-to-day work by leveraging the power of AI migrate legacy pipelines to a modern Databricks platform optimize performance, cost, governance, and reliability support designing data models that are directly consumed in Power BI Where you can make an impact This is not a “keep-the-lights-on” role. You’ll actively shape: scalable data architecture (Lakeflow Connect, Databricks Apps etc.) AI and automation to improve data quality and usability self-service analytics across the business the future direction of our data platform Good ideas don’t stay in slide decks here - they get built.
