Strong domain and business knowledge in relevant product, operations, and technology areas. 2. Experience working with agile product delivery teams across multiple squads. 3. Strong knowledge of backlog management, prioritization, release planning, and dependency management. 4. Ability to assess business value, urgency, risks, capacity constraints, and delivery trade-offs. 5. Experience using Jira, ESM, dashboards, and reporting tools for backlog and delivery visibility. 6. Strong stakeholder management skills across Product, Engineering, Delivery, Operations, SMEs, and business teams. 7. Ability to translate product strategy and business needs into actionable priorities for squads. 8. Strong communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills. 9. Experience coaching or mentoring Product Owners, Business Analysts, or similar roles. 10. Understanding of functional requirements, non-functional requirements, technical debt, production support, and continuous improvement. 11.
