Position Summary The Vulnerability Management Platform Support role is responsible for providing day-to-day technical support, monitoring, and maintenance of enterprise vulnerability management, security configuration compliance, and cloud security platforms. This role works closely with the Vulnerability Management Engineering team to ensure platform stability, troubleshoot technical issues, maintain data quality, and support continuous improvement of security technologies. The ideal candidate has a strong technical foundation, problem-solving skills, and the ability to learn and adapt to new security technologies.
